智通财经APP讯，远航港口(08502)发布公告，与2024年同期的收益约人民币1.77亿元与纯利约人民币8880万元相比，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度的收益与纯利取得跌幅，分别跌逾10%和不超过25%。

集团的收益与纯利下跌，主要是由于(i)货物吞吐量的减少，此乃缘于中国经济整体放缓使非金属矿产及建筑材料产品需求及价格下降、商品货源不足;(ii)公司附属公司池州港远航控股集团有限公司(池州港控股)从事合资格公共基础设施的其中一个基建项目(合资格项目)于截至2024年12月31日止年度的相关溢利可享免缴50%税项，然而，合资格项目于截至2025年12月31日止年度不可再享有税项减半优惠，原因为税务优惠期已于2024年12月31日结束;(iii)集团就土地使用权买卖产生了若干中国企业所得税及其他税项，此乃缘于公司间接拥有43.2%实际持股权益的附属公司池州海顺港口服务有限公司已于截至2025年12月31日止年度以代价约人民币1795.2万元收购由池州港控股持有的一块位于中国安徽省池州巿池州经济技术开发区铜冠码头项目以东沿江路以北的土地面积约为74,798平方米的土地使用权，作未来项目及营运之用;(iv)集团以外币计值的货币资产于截至2025年12月31日止年度因汇率波动而产生若干汇兑亏损。
