智通财经APP讯，绿城中国(03900)发布公告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度公司股东应占利润同比2024年的人民币15.96亿元下降95%左右，主要是由于房地产市场仍处于调整期，且公司为促进长远发展，继续积极推动长库存去化，导致2025年度收入结转的毛利率以及分占合营企业及联营公司业绩下降。此外，公司计提了一定金额的资产减值损失，进而影响了股东应占利润。
截至2025年12月31日止年度内，集团持续优化债务结构，压降短期负债，短债占比低于20%，创历年新低，同时，现金储备充裕，现金短债比2.5倍以上，创历年新高，整体经营平稳高效，财务安全稳健。
