智通财经APP讯，乐普生物-B(02157)发布公告，于2023年2月，KYM Biosciences Inc.与AstraZeneca已订立全球独家许可协议，以开发及商业化CMG901(sonesitatug vedotin，亦称为AZD0901，该公司与康诺亚通过KYM共同开发的候选药物)。截至本公告日期，AstraZeneca宣布其已启动一项sonesitatug vedotin (AZD0901)联合卡培他滨联合或不联合rilvegostomig一线治疗Claudin 18.2阳性、HER2阴性的晚期╱转移性胃癌、胃食管结合部癌或食管腺癌的多中心、随机对照、III期临床研究(CLARITY-Gastric 02)，并完成了首例受试者给药。
根据许可协议条款及条件的规限下，上述临床试验完成首例受试者给药已触发相关里程碑付款，总金额为4500万美元。AstraZeneca已支付该里程碑款项。
KYM为由该公司与康诺亚成立的合营企业，由该公司及康诺亚分别持有30%及70%。其主要从事CMG901的开发及商业化。
