智通财经APP获悉，据媒体援引知情人士消息报道，美国餐饮酒店界大亨、亿万富翁蒂尔曼·费尔蒂塔(Tilman Fertitta)已进入独家谈判阶段，拟以约70亿美元的价格收购凯撒娱乐(CZR.US)。受此消息提振，凯撒娱乐周三美股收涨近12%。
报道称，费尔蒂塔的公司正在讨论以每股约34美元的价格收购这家赌场和酒店运营商，这一报价较凯撒娱乐周二收盘价溢价约31%，同时也高于伊坎企业(IEP.US)此前提出的每股33美元的现金收购要约。但报道也补充称，目前尚未接近宣布交易，且谈判仍有可能不会达成最终协议。
费尔蒂塔拥有Golden Nugget赌场连锁品牌，以及Landry's餐饮集团，同时还是NBA球队休斯顿火箭的老板。凯撒娱乐则在拉斯维加斯和其他地区市场拥有约50家美国国内博彩物业。此外，该公司还经营受托物业和数字资产。凯撒旗下的品牌包括Caesars, Harrah’s, Tropicana, Bally’s, Isle, 和Flamingo。此外，该公司还拥有数字体育博彩平台William Hill的美国业务部分(2022年出售了国际业务)。
