智通财经APP讯，华显光电(00334)发布公告，于2026年3月9日，华显光电惠州(公司间接全资附属公司)与武汉华星光电订立设备转让协议，据此，武汉华星光电同意出售，而华显光电惠州同意收购设备，代价为人民币3326.8万元。设备包括117台用于生产LCD模组的装置及机器。
设备先前由武汉华星光电用于生产LCD模组，并在武汉华星光电终止相关生产线后闲置。另一方面，集团一直致力于提升其产能。鉴于设备可根据集团特定需求调整，董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为，收购事项使得集团能够增加其产能，并有助于集团满足其日益殷切的产品需求，并能以更具成本效益的方式承接日益增长的客户订单。
