2026年3月10日，公司已于公开市场出售本金为人民币2200万元(相当于约2420万港元)的潍坊海洋债券，代价为约人民币2185万元(相当于约2404万港元)，不包括交易成本。
于2026年3月10日(交易时段后)，公司已于公开市场出售本金为人民币2200万元(相当于约2420万港元)的巴中发展债券，代价为约人民币2223万元(相当于约2445万港元)，不包括交易成本。
于2026年3月10日(交易时段后)，公司已于公开市场出售本金为330万美元(相当于约2574万港元)的滨州高新债券，代价为约332万美元(相当于约2590万港元)，不包括交易成本。
集团拟将出售事项的所得款项用作集团的一般营运资金。倘出现任何合适投资机会，公司亦可动用所得款项作新投资用途。
