智通财经APP讯，博尼控股(01906)发布公告，预期本集团2025年年度录得本公司拥有人应占亏损介乎人民币5200万元至人民币5800万元，而本集团截至2024年12月31日止年度录得的本公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币1670万元。
根据现时可得之资料，董事会认为2025年年度本集团亏损同比大幅扩大的主要塬因是：i)受国内外经济环境波动影响，本集团录得2025年年度收入较2024年年度收入约人民币2.67亿元下滑超10%，致2025年年度毛利较2024年年度毛利有所减少;及ii)本集团位于中国浙江义乌的投资物业价值因当地用于出租的厂房供应大量增加，物业租赁市场竞争加剧，致产生2025年年度投资物业公允值减值约人民币5180万元。
