目标公司主要从事跨境收款及本地支付解决方案，致力为客户提供度身订造的金融解决方案。该公司扎根新兴市场，主要服务地区包括菲律宾、马来西亚、泰国、印尼、拉丁美洲及中东，同时亦涵盖其他国家。
公司计划拓展其电子商贸产品及多元化其业务模式，以提升资金的低成本流转，并为跨境电商企业提供便捷的支付解决方案。目标公司可为跨境电商企业提供一站式跨境支付解决方案，支援多种货币及支付方式。因此，订约双方拟共同开发电子钱包产品，共享交易相关资源，同时进行股份互换以巩固互信合作基础，从而建立长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系。
