汇丰取消香港面向客户员工的居家办公安排

  汇丰控股表示,包括交易员和销售人员等香港面向客户的员工必须要么与客户见面,要么每周五天在办公室工作,从而结束了香港一线人员在疫情期间居家办公的时代。

  新要求在一份内部备忘录中概述,该备忘录还详细说明了更新后的混合工作方式,将于4月1日起生效。

  此外,该备忘录称,董事总经理和有直接报告的高级职员每周至少要到办公室工作四天,而香港其他所有员工每周至少要到办公室工作三天,其中一天必须是周一或周五 ,具体取决于办公空间的可用性。

  “各位人事经理,你们在推动良好实践和体验方面发挥着至关重要的作用,”这份备忘录写道。“我们希望你们以明确的指导为榜样引领变革。”

  一位汇丰发言人证实了该备忘录的内容,并表示这些做法已被许多员工所接受。
