在向旧金山美国地方法院提交的一份文件中，微软表示支持Anthropic，敦促法院发布一项临时限制令，以阻止五角大楼将这家人工智能公司指定为“所有现有合同“的供应链风险。

　　微软在该文件中称，此举将“有助于实现更有序的过渡，并避免干扰美国军方对先进AI的持续使用“。

　　微软警告称，如果没有这项限制令，该公司和其他科技公司将需要“立即采取行动，改变供战争部使用的现有产品和合同配置“。该文件写道：“这可能会在关键时刻妨碍美国作战人员。”
