智通财经APP讯，澜沧古茶(06911)发布公告，预期本集团2025年度将取得收入约人民币2.05亿元至2.3亿元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年度)的收入人民币3.61亿元减少约36.34%至43.26%;同时取得归属于母公司股东的净亏损约人民币8000万元至1亿元，较2024年度的归属于母公司股东的净亏损人民币3.075亿元减少约67.48%至73.98%。
董事会认为，尽管2025年度收入有所下滑，但其归属于母公司股东的净亏损出现较大幅度减少，主要原因如下：收入下滑的原因：受消费市场“慢复苏”影响，本集团线下实体门店经营较为困难，收入有所下滑;净亏损减少的原因：2024年度本集团资产减值损失数额较大，2025年度本集团资产减值损失数额大幅减少;本集团透过降本增效措施缩减了成本费用开支。
