消息面上，近日，澳博控股发布截至2025年12月31日止年度全年业绩，该集团取得博彩净收益262.03亿港元，同比减少2.4%；总净收益281.7亿港元，同比减少2.08%；经调整EBITDA 31.98亿港元，同比减少15.04%；公司拥有人应占亏损4.29亿港元，同比盈转亏；每股基本亏损6.04港仙。
高盛发布研报称，早前已预计澳博控股2025年第四季业绩可能显著下滑，反映出卫星赌场关闭导致的营运中断与博彩总收益损失，以及接管其约3000名员工所产生的额外成本，加上上葡京综合渡假村持续波动的表现。基于业绩表现，高盛将澳博2026及2027财年的EBITDA预测下调1%。
