路透首尔3月12日 - 韩国央行政策委员黄坤日周四表示，鉴于中东冲突带来的不确定性上升及其对国内的影响，当前货币政策应保持中性立场。
具体内容如下：
他表示：“在关注内外部环境及经济指标变化的同时，货币政策应保持谨慎的中性立场，而不是形成单向预期。”
他指出，受中东冲突影响，3月份经济前景的不确定性大幅上升，金融和外汇市场波动性加剧。
他在随韩国央行半年度货币政策报告发布的讲话中表示，债券收益率和汇率的波动与国内经济基本面不相符，并补充说，韩国当局将在必要时积极采取市场稳定措施。
韩国央行在报告中指出，随着供需状况改善，韩元贬值压力今年将逐步缓解，并强调经常账盈余规模超出预期。
韩元 KRW= 本月迄今已贬值3%，周四兑美元徘徊在1美元兑1483.0韩元附近，此前上周曾短暂突破1500心理关口，为2009年3月以来首次。
在韩国央行上月推出的"位图"前瞻指引中，委员们预测未来六个月政策利率维持在2.50%不变的概率为76%，上调至2.75%的概率为5%，下调至2.25%的概率为19%。(完)
