智通财经APP获悉，石油股再度走高，截至发稿，中海油(00883)涨3.47%，报28港元；中石油(00857)涨2.34%，报10.5港元；中海油服(02883)涨0.51%，报9.85港元；昆仑能源(00135)涨0.36%，报8.28港元。
消息面上，据报道，国际能源署（IEA）拟提议释放史上最大规模原油战略储备，规模或将超2022年俄乌冲突期间的1.82亿桶。IEA成员国预计将于周三对该提议做出决定，若无成员国反对即可通过，但任何一国的异议都可能导致计划推迟。
光大证券发布研报称，原油供需面临一定压力，但本轮地缘政治冲突有望使原油供需担忧得到缓解，地缘风险溢价的整体上升有望在一段时间内持续推高油价。作为上游油气领域央企巨头，“三桶油”和油服在油价上行期的业绩弹性凸显。
