日前，如祺出行发布上市以来首份正面盈利预告。公告显示，公司预计2025年度实现综合收入不少于50亿元，同比增长不低于100%；与此同时，利润水平也将显著改善，同比提升幅度预计不低于43.4%。
从已披露的经营数据来看，如祺出行2025年上半年实现收入16.76亿元。若按照此次业绩预告所给出的全年收入增长下限进行测算，公司2025年全年收入至少达到50亿元，则意味着下半年收入规模预计不低于33.23亿元，接近上半年收入的2倍。与2024年下半年相比，这一收入规模亦将实现约233%的大幅增长。
对于收入快速增长的原因，如祺出行方面表示，一方面受益于网约车业务订单量的持续提升，平台整体出行服务规模扩大；另一方面，公司加大技术服务销售与市场推广力度，带动技术服务相关收入同步增长，成为新的增长来源。
在盈利能力方面，公司利润改善则主要来自运营效率与成本结构的双重优化。随着网约车业务运营效率提升以及成本结构持续优化，平台经营杠杆逐步释放；同时，技术服务业务规模扩大带动整体毛利水平相应提升。此外，如祺出行方面预计，2025年公司行政开支及财务成本均将同比下降，进一步对利润改善形成支撑。
