智通财经APP讯，中国诚通发展集团(00217)发布公告，于2026年3月9日，诚通融资租赁(本公司间接全资附属公司)与承租人订立售后回租协议，据此，诚通融资租赁将向承租人购买租赁资产，并将租赁资产回租予承租人，租赁期为期三年，惟可根据售后回租协议的条款及条件提早终止。购买价格为人民币3亿元;租赁期的租赁付款总额估计约为人民币3亿元及租赁利息人民币1785万元的总和。
租赁资产为照明系统、排水设备等。
售后回租安排乃于诚通融资租赁的一般及日常业务过程中订立，并预期诚通融资租赁将赚取收入约人民币2285万元(相当于约2582万港元)，为诚通融资租赁根据售后回租安排将予收取的服务费及租赁利息的总和。
