3月9日，据脉脉发布《社交求职：2026年1-2月中高端人才求职招聘洞察》数据显示，2026年1-2月，招聘市场整体回暖。新经济行业岗位量增长12.77%。AI人才争夺成招聘主战场，AI岗位数量同比增长约12倍，远高于新经济行业整体增幅。AI岗位在全部新经济岗位中的占比也从2025年同期的2.29%跃升至26.23%。AI行业平均月薪60738元，比新经济行业平均月薪48189元高出约26%。（澎湃新闻记者 范佳来）
