智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月9日，毛记葵涌(01716)股东将股票存入力高证券，存仓市值2.12亿港元，占比65%。
毛记葵涌公布，公司股份将于2026年3月6日( 星期五 )上午九时正起在香港联合交易所有限公司暂停买卖，以待根据香港公司收购及合并守则刊发公告，其内容构成公司的内幕消息。
截至2025年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩显示，公司收入4504.5万港元，同比增长0.95%；公司拥有人应占溢利89.4万港元，同比减少78.83%；基本每股溢利0.33港仙。公告称，收益增加乃主要归因于数码媒体服务分部收益增加，原因为客户数量及客户的营销开支增加。
