智通财经APP讯，华控康泰(01312)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得综合亏损净额介于约4.141亿港元至5.062亿港元，而2024年度则取得综合亏损净额约9900万港元。
集团于2025财政年度的综合亏损净额增加主要由于集团健身业务产生的减值亏损所致，具体而言，(i)预期信贷亏损模式下金融资产减值亏损约1.693亿港元;(ii)无形资产减值亏损约1.239亿港元;(iii)健身业务分部商誉减值亏损约1.004亿港元至1.227亿港元。上述减值亏损乃主要由于(a)因集团的一间联营公司(即全真概念健康事业股份有限公司“全真概念”，公司间接拥有其29%股权)经营困难及资金紧绌而终止于中国台湾的特许经营健身业务;(b)集团于新加坡的健身业务复苏较预期缓慢，以及在新加坡健身行业经营环境充满挑战且竞争激烈情况下所面临的压力与日俱增。如2025年9月30日公告所披露，全真概念的健身中心自2025年10月1日起停止营业。据董事会作出合理查询后所知及基于公开资讯，直至本公告日期，清盘相关的法律程序尚未展开。
