消息面上，据君实生物消息，君实生物自主研发的特瑞普利单抗注射液皮下注射剂型（JS001sc）用于肿瘤治疗的12项适应症上市申请，已获得国家药品监督管理局受理。该产品为首款进入上市申报阶段的国产抗PD-1单抗皮下制剂，有望显著提升肿瘤免疫治疗的便捷性。
此次申报的12项适应症，覆盖了特瑞普利单抗目前在中国内地已获批的全部适应症，包括非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）、鼻咽癌、食管癌、肾癌、肝癌等多种肿瘤。皮下注射剂型相较于目前主流的静脉输注，将能缩短给药时间，优化患者治疗体验与医疗资源配置。
