智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月9日，数科集团(02350)股东将股票由结好证券转入TradeGo MarketsLimited，转仓市值7651.26万港元，占比11.34%。
数科集团近日发布公告，于2026年3月5日，本公司与Tsingzhan Technology Holdings Limited(卖方)订立无法律约束力的谅解备忘录(谅解备忘录)，据此，本公司拟收购由卖方全资拥有的清湛国际人工智能有限公司(“目标公司”，连同其附属公司统称“目标集团”)的控股权(建议交易)。
