Australia's Sequoia unit sues financial complaints body after pension fund collapse

March 10 (Reuters) - Australia's Sequoia Financial Group SEQ.AX said on Tuesday its unit InterPrac Financial Planning has commenced proceedings against the Australian Financial Complaints Authority in the country's federal court.

The proceedings are in relation to AFCA's final determination with regards to financial advice provided by InterPrac relating to the now-collapsed Shield Master Fund, Sequoia said.
