智通财经APP获悉，香港保健品销售公司Living Homeopathy International Ltd.(以下简称 “卓越顺势疗法”)于上周五扩大了其即将进行的首次公开募股(IPO)的拟议交易规模。该公司现计划以每股4-6美元的价格发行380万股，筹资1900万美元。该公司此前曾计划以同样的价格区间发行130股。最新拟筹资规模较此前高出200%。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“LHI”。
卓越顺势疗法成立于1994年，是一家总部位于香港的顺势疗法服务提供商，全球采购顺势疗法药物(占2024财年营收的9%)、辅助药物(占2024财年营收的80%)、及经典花精(占2024财年营收的4%)，这类产品主要从制造商采购，以自有品牌“LIVING”进行分销。此外还包括个人护理产品(如漱口水、牙膏、洗发水，占2024财年营收的2%)和滤水器产品(占2024财年营收的4%)，这类产品由公司自主开发并委托制造商生产。该公司在香港顺势疗法服务市场占据领先地位，2023年顺势疗法产品销售收入的市场份额约为41%。数据显示，该公司在截至2025年9月30日的12个月内营收为900万美元。
