路透米兰3月12日 - 米兰检察官已要求对亚马逊AMZN.O欧洲部门及其四名经理进行审判，他们涉嫌逃税价值约12亿欧元(13.8亿美元)，两名直接了解此事的消息人士周四表示。
此举在意大利的此类案件中史无前例，因为亚马逊在12月同意 (link) 向意大利税务局支付包括利息在内的5.27亿欧元，以解决税务纠纷。
在以前所有涉及其他国际集团的案件中，一旦达成和解并支付了款项，检察官就会通过认罪协议或撤销案件的方式结束相关的刑事调查。
但这一次，米兰检察官不同意税务局的做法，决定继续调查，并要求将嫌疑人送审。
