微软周二表态支持Anthropic，并呼吁法院下达临时限制令，阻止美国国防部针对“所有现有合同”将Anthropic列为供应链风险的认定。

　　微软在一份法律文件中称：这样的措施将“实现更有序的过渡，避免干扰美军当前正在使用的先进人工智能系统”。

　　“否则，微软及其他科技企业将不得不立即修改为美国国防部提供的现有产品与合同配置。这可能在关键时期对美军作战人员造成不利影响。”

　　上周，美国国防部正式禁用Anthropic的技术，并将该公司列为供应链风险实体——这一标签以往通常用于外国对手。

　　根据该认定，所有国防供应商与承包商必须证明，在为国防部服务时未使用Anthropic的模型。

　　周一，Anthropic已起诉特朗普政府，称政府行为“史无前例且非法”，并表示这些举措正在“对Anthropic造成无法挽回的损害”，危及价值数亿美元的合同。
