欧洲股市预计周四低开，投资者正密切关注伊朗冲突及全球油价走势。

　　据IG数据显示，英国富时指数预计低开0.2%，德国DAX指数下跌1%，法国CAC40指数下跌0.8%，意大利富时MIB指数下跌1.1%。

　　国际能源署周三同意释放4亿桶石油，以应对伊朗冲突引发的供应中断，油价成为市场焦点。

　　国际能源署并未设定储备投放市场的时间表，称将根据其32个成员国各自的情况，在合适的时间范围内释放储备。

　　尽管国际能源署采取了上述行动，油价隔夜仍大涨超8%，布伦特原油触及每桶100美元，因交易商仍不相信战略储备释放能够抵消此次冲突造成的全球供应冲击。

　　其他消息方面，特朗普政府周三宣布对欧盟及十余个其他经济体启动新的贸易调查。

　　美国贸易代表贾米森・格里尔对记者表示，这些调查将依据《1974年贸易法》第301条款展开。该法律允许美国对被认定存在不公平贸易行为的国家进口商品加征进口税。

　　今日将公布财报的公司包括BMWYY>宝马、忠利保险、莱茵能源、汉诺威再保险、瑞士人寿以及英富曼。国际能源署最新石油市场报告也将于今日发布。
