Humm Group Says Draft Confidentiality Deed Related to Credit Corp's Takeover Offer Now Settled

Humm Group (ASX:HUM) said the draft confidentiality deed, which is expected govern Credit Corp's (ASX:CCP) access to the confidential due diligence information of the company, is now settled, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company expects the deed to be formally executed by both parties in the next few days, following which access to the due diligence data room will be granted to Credit Corp and its representatives in accordance with the terms of the deed and the undertaking.

The company said its shareholders do not need to take any action at this time.

The company's shares fell 2% in recent Monday trade, while Credit Corp's shares fell 5%.
