智通财经APP讯，升柏控股(02340)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)取得以下财务业绩：(1)本年度收益较截至2024年12月31日止年度(上一年度)增加约45%至50%;(2)本年度毛利较上一年度增加约120%至125%;及(3)本年度本公司权益持有人应占亏损介乎4700万港元至5100万港元，而上一年度亏损则约为3350万港元。

本年度收益、毛利及产生的亏损增加乃由于以下因素的综合影响所致：(1)继本年度及上一年度获得的新合约令工作量得以理想补充后，本公司本年度的收益较上一年度增加约45%至50%;(2)本年度确认了就富勤保险(香港)有限公司提供的履约保证金而抵押的受限制现金所产生的可观利息收入，以及金融资产的公平值收益;(3)本公司就若干分包项目实现成本节约，分包商同意就其已完成工程接受降低的最终付款;(4)然而，由于香港营商环境充满挑战及不确定性，加上知名发展商因财务限制而出现动荡，信贷风险已显着上升，尤其是在建筑行业。为减轻潜在违约风险增加的情况，本公司已于本年度就应收款项及合约资产的坏账及预期信贷亏损计提重大拨备;及(5)本年度产生了与若干诉讼及仲裁案件相关的重大成本。该等仲裁及诉讼案件的聆讯已于本年度内完成。
