KWG Group (HKG:1813) said the Hong Kong High Court further adjourned the hearing of a winding-up petition against the firm to June 22, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The petition was filed in relation to the repayment of 642 million yuan in debt plus 136.2 million yuan in interest to Shandong Sunlight Xin Tiandi Micro-finance.
