智通财经APP讯，佐丹奴国际(00709)发布公告，于2026年3月9日，公司间接全资附属公司佐丹奴有限公司与业主(尚域有限公司)订立租赁协议，据此，业主已同意将该等物业出租予佐丹奴有限公司，租期自2026年3月9日起至2032年2月29日止(首尾两天包括在内)。
该等物业为中国香港九龙长沙湾83琼林街B座22楼全层;及香港九龙长沙湾83琼林街B座18楼1室。该等物业拟取代公司现有主要营业地点及集团于中国香港的总部，因其现有办公室的租约将于2026年7月届满，而该物业位于同一地区，已使用近30年。经考虑现有办公室续租条款、现有物业的任何升级可能涉及的潜在成本及中断，以及该等物业的租赁条款，该等物业位于新建成的甲级双塔式办公大楼，经认证符合多项领先ESG标准，并配备租户设施，公司认为，按市场条款订立租赁协议将更有效支持集团的业务及营运需求，且具备充足空间为集团提供进一步增长及扩展的机会，而租赁协议租期内的营运开支亦不会出现重大增幅。
