智通财经APP讯，钧达股份(02865)发布公告，公司日常生产经营的主要原材料涉及白银、多晶硅等大宗商品，易受宏观经济形势、产业链供需变化等因素影响，产品价格呈现较大波动。为合理规避原材料价格波动对公司生产经营造成的潜在影响，充分利用期货的套期保值功能，把控市场风险，增强经营稳健性，公司及下属公司拟开展商品期货套期保值业务。公司及下属公司开展的商品期货套期保值业务不进行任何以投机为目的的交易，不会影响公司主营业务发展。
公司及下属公司本次拟开展的商品期货套期保值业务预计动用的交易保证金和权利金不超过人民币2.8亿元(含本数)或等值其他货币，预计任一交易日持有的最高合约价值不超过人民币16亿元(含本数)或等值其他货币。在上述额度范围内，资金可循环使用，但期限内任一时点的保证金和权利金或最高合约价值不得超过已审议额度。董事会授权公司经营层在上述额度范围内具体实施上述套期保值业务相关事宜。
公司及下属公司拟开展的商品期货业务品种仅限于与公司生产经营相关的大宗商品原材料(包括但不限于白银、多晶硅等)，并选择经监管机构批准、具有相应业务资质、满足公司套保业务需求的交易场所或具有相关业务经营资格的机构开展交易，交易工具包括商品期货及期权等金融工具。
