智通财经APP讯，钧达股份(02865)发布公告，公司董事会近日收到证券事务代表陈伟先生的书面辞职报告，陈伟先生因个人原因申请辞去公司证券事务代表职务，辞职报告书自送达董事会之日起生效。陈伟先生辞职后不在公司担任任何职务，其所负责的工作已妥善交接，其辞职不会影响公司相关工作的开展。此外，2026年3月9日公司召开第五届董事会第八次会议审议通过《关于聘用证券事务代表的议案》，同意聘任殷心悦女士为公司证券事务代表，协助公司董事会秘书履行职责，聘期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满为止。
