智通财经APP讯，久泰邦达能源(02798)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)将取得除税后纯损介乎约人民币1.78亿元至人民币2.18亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(上一年度)则为除税后纯利约人民币4.4亿元。
预期由上一年度的纯利转为本年度的纯损主要归因于：(i)煤炭产品全球市场价格下跌，导致本集团于本年度的煤炭售价大幅下降及直接压缩其毛利率;及(ii)上述第(i)项所述近期煤炭市场价格下跌的影响，根据适用会计准则及采纳审慎方针，导致本集团在进行减值评估时，对未来煤炭产品的销售采取保守预测。因此，预计将对采矿权以及物业、厂房及设备确认减值亏损。预计该等亏损属于非现金及非经常性质，不会对本集团的现金流产生直接影响。
