格隆汇3月9日丨嘉高达资本(01468.HK)宣布，于2026年3月9日，公司与配售代理已订立配售协议，据此，公司同意透过配售代理按尽力基准以配售价每股配售股份0.1港元向不少于六名承配人配售最多3.47亿股配售股份。配售价每股配售股份0.1港元较联交所所报收市价每股股份0.089港元溢价约12.36%。 假设全部3.47亿股配售股份均已成功配售，配售事项所得款项总额约为3474万港元。扣除配售事项之估计开支后，预计配售事项所得款项净额约为3400万港元。公司拟将(i)约1600万港元(相当于所得款项净额约47.06%)分配于偿还贷款；(ii)约1400万港元(相当于所得款项净额约41.18%)分配于偿还企业债券；及(iii)约400万港元(相当于所得款项净额约11.76%)分配于补充集团营运资金，以支持业务持续经营，此乃涵盖日常经营及行政开支，并为增强旗下证券活动(包括保证金融资、包销及放债服务)提供资金。
