格隆汇3月9日丨新世纪医疗(01518.HK)公告，根据对集团截至2025年12月31日止年度之未经审核综合管理账目及董事会目前可得资料的初步审阅，预期集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得公司拥有人应占亏损介乎人民币1.1亿元至人民币1.25亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占溢利约为人民币4740万元。 董事会认为预期由盈转亏的情况主要是由于(i)儿科服务及妇产科服务的需求减少导致收益减少；(ii)若干商誉及其他长期资产的减值亏损；及(iii)递延税项资产转回所致。
