Brown 表示：“我认为必须认识到，我们目前在市场上看到的几乎所有情况，都与特朗普总统所宣称的目标相反。”Brown 表示，特朗普曾多次表示希望看到油价下跌、股市上涨、美元走弱、利率下降以及美联储更加鸽派。而特朗普现在实际面对的是油价上涨、股市下跌、美元走强、利率上升以及陷入“两难困境”的美联储。
