俄罗斯总统弗拉基米尔·普京周一表示，伊朗战争已引发全球能源危机，并警告称，依赖霍尔木兹海峡运输的石油生产可能很快终结。

　　然而，普京再次释放信号，表示俄罗斯准备向欧洲提供石油和天然气。俄罗斯是世界第二大石油出口国，并拥有全球最大的天然气储量。

　　普京在与俄罗斯顶级石油和天然气生产商及政府官员举行的会议上表示，如果欧洲客户希望回归非政治化的长期合作，莫斯科愿意再次与他们合作。

　　普京表示：“我们从未拒绝与欧洲人合作。我们也准备与欧洲人合作。我们需要听到他们说，‘他们愿意并准备好与我们合作，以确保可持续性和稳定性’。”

　　普京表示，俄罗斯公司也应利用当前中东的局势。但他也指出，油价飙升可能是暂时的。

　　周一，油价突破每桶100美元，达到自2022年以来的最高水平。霍尔木兹海峡目前已基本关闭，作为石油运输的关键咽喉要道之一，该海峡承担着全球约五分之一的石油和液化天然气运输量。
