黑芝麻智能（02533）发布公告，认购协议所载所有条件已获达成，而于2026年3月6日已根据认购协议，认购补充协议及终止协议的条款及条件落实认购事项完成。根据认购协议及认购补充协议的条款及条件，合共2854.3万股认购股份已按认购价每股认购股份18.88港元成功配发及发行予认购方A及新认购方B，相当于紧接认购事项完成前已发行股份数目约4.43%；及经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的已发行股份数目约4.25%。
经扣除认购事项相关开支后，认购事项所得款项净额为约5.38亿港元，其中90%将用于战略性并购及投资，重点聚焦于人工智能芯片、半导体上下游产业链、机器人及相关先进技术领域的优质公司或资产，以加速集团在智能科技领域的布局，提升核心技术竞争力与产业整合能力；及10%将用于公司的一般营运资金。
