智通财经APP讯，首都创投(02324)发布公告，于2026年2月10日(星期二)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，已接获合共1.74亿股供股股份(相当于供股项下提呈发售供股股份总数的约38.6%)的合共10份有效申请。余下2.76亿股不获认购供股股份(相当于供股项下提呈发售供股股份总数的约61.4%)将受补偿安排所规限。
于2026年3月5日(星期四)下午四时正(即配售代理配售不获认购供股股份的最后时间)，全部2.76亿股不获认购供股股份已根据配售事项按每股股份0.12港元的价格(相等于认购价)获成功配售。因此，概无净收益可根据补偿安排分派予不行动股东。
因此，供股的所得款项总额(包括补偿安排)为约5400万港元，且经扣除所有必要开支后，供股的估计所得款项净额将为约5290万港元。
