智通财经APP讯，万马控股(06928)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)取得亏损约370万新加坡元，而去年(相应年度)则取得亏损约260万新加坡元。
董事会认为亏损增加的主要原因如下：差旅费及酬酢费分别由相应年度约10万新加坡元及10万新加坡元增加至本年度约30万新加坡元及60万新加坡元，此乃由于于本年度为改善本集团的业务而增加营销活动;及汇兑收益及亏损净额由收益净额约20万新加坡元转为亏损净额约30万新加坡元。汇兑收益及亏损净额主要反映来自结算外汇交易以及按年末汇率兑换以外币列值的货币资产与负债而产生的汇兑差额及投资物业公平值收益。
