凤凰网科技讯 3月12日，据彭博社报道，面对用户日益增长的交友疲劳，知名约会应用Bumble正式推出了一款名为Dates的人工智能助手。该功能定位为用户的私人红娘，旨在通过深度对话理解用户需求，从而打破传统的“滑动匹配”模式。

据悉，这项新功能由Bumble自主研发的AI模型Bee提供支持。用户选择开启后，AI会通过私密聊天收集关于价值观、恋爱目标、沟通方式及生活习惯等方面的信息。当系统发现高度契合的两人时，会向双方发送匹配通知及详细的契合度总结。Bumble方面强调，与AI的对话内容将严格保密，允许用户自定义可共享的对话主题，且该工具绝对不会自动生成对话或代替用户发送信息。

公司创始人兼首席执行官惠特尼·沃尔夫·赫德（Whitney Wolfe Herd）指出，目前的在线交友模式正从随机发现向精准搜索转变，AI的作用将类似于“私人购物指导”，旨在消除匹配与见面之间的“情感摩擦”。目前，Dates功能将作为试点项目向部分精选用户免费开放，官方透露未来可能会将其转化为高级付费服务。与此同时，包括Tinder母公司Match Group和Grindr在内的行业竞争对手也在密集布局AI应用，以期扭转平台订阅用户流失的趋势。（作者/于雷）
