智通财经APP讯，杭品生活科技(01682)发布公告，公司建议按于记录日期每持有1股股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以每股供股股份0.085港元的认购价进行供股，以透过发行最多7.86亿股供股股份筹集所得款项总额最多约6680万港元(未计开支)。供股所得款项净额最高估计约为6490万港元。假设供股获悉数认购，且于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动，公司拟将供股所得款项净额作以下用途：(i)约44.0%用于拓展集团现有成衣采购业务;(ii)约44.0%用于拓展集团现有财务服务业务;(iii)约12.0%用作集团的一般营运资金。
