智通财经APP讯，联众(06899)发布公告，于2026年 1月30日，Jian Ying Ourgame High Growth Investment Fund(清盘中)(呈请人)向开曼群岛大法院(法院)呈交呈请，要求将本公司清盘(清盘呈请)。
2026年3月3日，法院颁令本公司正式进入清盘程序。安迈顾问有限公司的黄咏诗女士(地址为：香港中环雪厂街2号圣佐治大厦14楼)及Alvarez & Marsal Cayman Islands Limited的Christopher Kennedy先生(地址为：2nd Floor Flagship Building, 142 Seafarers Way, George Town, Cayman Islands, KY1-1104)获委任为本公司的共同正式清盘人。
此外，股份买卖已自2026年3月4日(星期三)上午11时59分起暂停，并将继续暂停直至另行通知。
