Mary Chia (SGX:5OX) allotted and issued around 5.7 million shares to a subscriber at SG$0.035 per share, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the wellness brand were down over 5% in Tuesday trading.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on or around March 11, the filing added.
