证券日报网讯 3月12日，中国中车发布公告称，截至本公告披露日，公司及其下属子公司对外担保总额为人民币584.45亿元，占公司截至2024年12月31日经审计净资产的比例为34.63%。其中：公司及子公司对下属子公司提供的担保总额为人民币520.89亿元，占公司截至2024年12月31日经审计净资产的比例为30.86%；公司及子公司对控股股东和实际控制人及其关联人提供的担保总额为人民币12.20亿元，占公司截至2024年12月31日经审计净资产的比例为0.72%。公司及其下属子公司无逾期担保情况。
