新浪科技讯 3月11日晚间消息，在今日的蔚来闭门沟通会上，蔚来创始人、董事长兼CEO李斌，蔚来联合创始人、总裁秦力洪与媒体对话。
此前，在公布2025年Q4财报的同时，蔚来汽车宣布董事会已批准通过2026年股权激励计划，将向李斌授予约2.48亿股公司限制性股票。该限制性股票分为等额十批，其归属条件与公司市值及净利润相关的特定绩效目标挂钩。该计划于2026年3月6日生效，有效期为十二年。
李斌表示，这份股权激励计划对自己肯定是一个激励，很感谢董事会的认可和激励，目前还没拿到手，还是要只争朝夕。
秦力洪则补充，董事会批准CEO股权激励，李斌是回避的，没有参与讨论和投票。其实激励计划早就讨论完了，之前推出感觉时机不好，等到了季度盈利才对外公布，怕被别人误解。激励计划的目标不是给管理层多少股权分配，而是一种激励和鞭策。争取提出更加全面和长远、对各期都有利的计划。将公司市值作为目标，还是很高的。这份激励计划与公司长期发展、公司利益、用户利益都是统一的。
