智通财经APP讯，瀚华金控(03903)发布公告，王大勇先生(王先生)因个人工作安排原因已辞任(i)本公司首席经济学家职务，及 (ii)根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港接收法律程序文件及根据上市规则第 19.A13(2)条代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的香港法律程序文件代理人(统称法律程序文件代表)，自2026年2月24日起生效。截至本公告日期，王先生亦已辞去其在本公司若干附属公司担任的法定代表人及董事职务。该等辞任生效后，王先生将不再在本公司及其附属公司担任任何职务。
董事会继而宣布，德恒律师事务所(香港)有限法律责任合伙已获委任为香港接收法律程序文件代表的职务，自2026年3月12日起生效。
