0958 GMT - Money markets are pricing in a risk that the Bank of England could raise interest rates as surging oil prices raise inflation risk. Oil prices have jumped above $100 a barrel, intensifying worries about rebound in U.K. inflation. Markets price in a 4% chance of the Bank of England raising interest rates in March, a remarkable shift from the 83% chance of a rate cut priced in prior to the Middle East war, LSEG data show. They price a 40% chance of a rate hike by the end of the year. (miriam.mukuru@wsj.com)
