南方财经3月10日电，据企业预警通，正荣地产控股有限公司发布公告称，2026年3月14日，公司应付“H20正荣3”展期后首年（2023年9月14日（含）至2024年9月14日（不含））利息的50%、利息资本化后本金的15%及应计未付利息，金额合计208,450,000.00元。按照持有人会议议案约定，本期债券适用50个工作日加15个自然月宽限期。
