消息面上，ASMPT公布业绩，销售收入145.2亿港元，同比增长9.8%。综合除税后盈利为9.02亿港元，同比增加163.6%。末期股息每股0.34港元及特别现金股息每股0.79港元。在AI的驱动下，集团先进封装(AP)业务取得销售收入5.32亿美元，同比增长30.2%，其中热压焊接(TCB)解决方案的贡献最为显著。
中金发布研报称，公司4Q25收入超预期。2025年公司订单增长主要得益于热压键合设备（TCB）。公司预测，受益于全球AI发展趋势，2028年TCB整体市场规模或将达到16亿美元，公司目标份额为35-40%，即5.6~6.4亿美元。考虑C2S和C2W在逻辑芯片中的应用以及HBM 12H的订单和HBM4 16H的验证进度，TCB设备仍将持续成为公司增长最快的业务。
